Real estate agents face one of the highest risks of workplace violence of any profession, which is why this focused course was created to address those realities head on. Designed specifically for the dangers agents encounter while showing homes, meeting clients, or hosting open houses, this training blends awareness, prevention, and defensive readiness.

Students learn how to recognize suspicious behavior, use phone safety features and apps, manage client interactions safely, and understand the legal use of force. We also explore defensive options including unarmed, armed, and less lethal tools to give agents confidence and practical strategies to stay safe on the job.
