1. Agreement to Terms


By purchasing from Tactical Education & Defense, LLC, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein. These Terms of Sale govern all product and service transactions through our website, booking platforms, or direct channels.

 

2. Orders and Pricing


All orders are subject to acceptance by Tactical Education & Defense. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Prices do not include taxes, shipping, or handling unless explicitly stated. Taxes are calculated based on applicable state and local regulations.

 

3. Payment and Verification


Full payment is required at the time of purchase or booking. Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, debit cards, and approved online processors.
All transactions are subject to verification to prevent fraud. Orders placed with inaccurate or incomplete information may be delayed or canceled.

 

4. Returns, Restocking, and Refunds


Product returns are permitted only under the terms described in our Refund & Returns Policy.
All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

 

5. Warranties and Limitations


Products sold by Tactical Education & Defense may include manufacturer warranties.
Lifetime warranties do not cover misuse, modifications, or use outside the product’s intended design. Torture testing or destructive evaluations void all warranties.
Tactical Education & Defense disclaims any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

 

6. Buyer Responsibilities


By purchasing from Tactical Education & Defense, you represent that you:

  • Are legally eligible to own and possess the purchased item(s).

  • Understand and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

  • Will use the products safely and in accordance with their intended purpose.

  • Acknowledge that certain items may be age restricted. Any restricted product purchased by a person not of legal age will be forfeited without refund.

 

Tactical Education & Defense sells sporting goods and defensive tools, not firearms. All customers are responsible for lawful ownership and use of purchased items.

7. Indemnification

 

The buyer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Tactical Education & Defense, its instructors, affiliates, and partners from any claims or liabilities arising from misuse, negligence, or noncompliance with law.

 

8. Force Majeure

 

Tactical Education & Defense shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to causes beyond its control, including acts of nature, government action, strikes, supply shortages, or carrier disruptions.

 

9. Governing Law

 

These Terms of Sale are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.

 

10. Right of Refusal

 

Tactical Education & Defense, LLC reserves the right to refuse or terminate service, training, or product sales to any individual or entity at its sole discretion.

 

This includes, but is not limited to, situations where:

  • A customer or participant provides false or misleading information.

  • There is reasonable suspicion of unlawful intent or unsafe behavior.

  • A participant demonstrates conduct that compromises safety, disrupts instruction, or violates company policy.

 

If refusal occurs before a class or product shipment, a refund may be issued at the company’s discretion.
If refusal occurs after services have begun, refunds are not guaranteed and are determined on a case-by-case basis.
Tactical Education & Defense reserves the right to permanently deny future business to any customer whose actions are inconsistent with lawful or ethical conduct.
