Course Overview:
This session teaches shooters how to push speed while upholding a strict standard of accuracy. You will learn how to identify your personal speed limits, throttle performance up or down, and manage recoil efficiently for fast accurate follow up shots.
Students also begin working with movement into position after meeting defined accuracy benchmarks. By the end you will understand how to balance speed, accuracy, and accountability which is the foundation of defensive performance.
What to Wear:
Range-appropriate clothing
Closed-toe shoes
High-collar or crew-neck shirt
What to Bring:
Note taking materials
Snacks and water
Eye and ear protection
Firearm in a safe case
100-150 rounds of target ammunition
Range sells ammo if needed
1 - 2 Magazines
Holster made of Kydex or similar stiff material
No pocket, purse, or waistband holsters allowed
Additional Notes:
This session is performance-driven and timed
Movement into position is added only after accuracy is established
