Course Overview:
Earn your American Heart Association (AHA) HeartSaver Certification through blended online and in-person training. Students learn CPR, AED operation, and first aid techniques for cardiac, respiratory, and minor trauma emergencies.
What to Wear:
Comfortable attire for performing CPR skills
Closed toe shoes
Crew neck or high collar shirts such as a polo or button up
What to Bring:
Proof of prior AHA HeartSaver eLearning completion
Snacks and water
Additional Notes:
This class will give you access to the eLearning
Successful completion of the written assessment and practical skill assessment performance as required by curriculum to pass
Written test is online
Skills session is done in presence of instructor
Who should take this course?
This course is for anyone with little or no medical training who needs a course completion card for their job, regulatory (e.g., OSHA), or other requirements or anyone who wants to be prepared for an emergency in any setting. Upon successful course completion, students receive a course completion card, valid for two years.
