Service Description
*Certification* Course Overview: Learn life-saving bleeding control skills through the enhanced Stop the Bleed program. Students gain practical experience with tourniquet use, wound packing, and emergency scene management through real-world simulations. What to Wear: Comfortable attire for hands on work Something you don't mind getting stained What to Bring: Notebook and pen Additional Notes: Successful completion of the practical skill assessment performance as required by curriculum to pass Simulated injuries and bleeding are part of the course. We will complete the official Stop the Bleed coursework first Afterwards we transition into Let's Mitigate Bleeding Who should take this course? Anyone interested in learning how to control life-threatening bleeding should take the Stop the Bleed course. The training is designed for the general public, including students, teachers, and community members, not just medical professionals. The campaign aims to empower bystanders to act in emergencies, as they can be the first and only help available before professional medical services arrive.
