Course Overview: A foundational overview of Florida’s permitless carry laws. Students learn where they may carry, restrictions that still apply, responsibilities of armed citizens, law-enforcement interaction, and the real-world consequences of misunderstanding the law. The focus is on informed, responsible, legally defensible carry practices. Important Notice: This course is informational and does not provide individualized legal advice. Who This Class Is For: New firearm owners, concealed carriers, or anyone who relies on permitless carry.
