Price: $200 Duration: 6–8 hours Format: Live-fire training A live-fire course for students new to pistol-mounted optics. Focuses on setup, zero confirmation, dot acquisition, presentation, visual focus, and building confidence with the dot. Best for: New red dot users and concealed carriers with optics. Next step: Red Dot Handgun 2 or Defensive Handgun 1. What to Bring: Red dot-equipped handgun 250–350 rounds of FMJ ammunition 3 magazines minimum Holster, if required for the scheduled course Magazine pouch, if available Eye and ear protection Optic adjustment tool and spare battery Water, lunch, and snacks Range-appropriate clothing
